Baker House is looking for a managing director who can hold a property like an owner — not a shift supervisor with a bigger title. This is a senior hospitality role with compensation to match, for someone who has run properties, teams, and a P&L at scale.
What you'll own
- Full operating ownership of the property: rooms, F&B, people, and financials
- Build a leadership bench so the building does not depend on one hero
- Set the guest standard and the weekly operating cadence
- Partner with ownership on capital, product, and long-term positioning
What you bring
- 10+ years of senior hospitality leadership (hotel, destination restaurant, or multi-outlet)
- Proven P&L ownership above $5M and a record of developing managers
- Willing to live in / relocate to the Ithaca market
