What you'll own
- Run shifts to standard: guest, labor, and product
- Own hiring pipeline for hourly and shift-lead roles
- Partner with the GM on weekly P&L, inventory, and 1:1s
- Cover GM responsibilities with confidence
What you bring
- AGM or strong senior manager experience in full-service
- South Florida market familiarity a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required
