- Full P&L: sales, labor, COGS, guest
- Hire and develop AGM and kitchen leadership
- Local marketing partnership and regulars culture
- Weekly flash with group leadership
What you bring
- GM experience in full-service casual or similar
- DC / Northern Virginia market a plus
- Builder, not a caretaker
