What you'll own
- Own culinary and beverage programs end to end
- Lead BOH and bar leadership; seasonal hiring and training
- Cost, vendors, and menu architecture for a destination restaurant
- Partner with ownership on events, peak weekends, and guest standards
What you bring
- Executive chef experience with beverage program ownership
- Comfortable in a seasonal / destination environment
- Willing to relocate to southern Maine
